Our History
ESPINOSA.ESPINOSA CIVIL LAW NOTARIES|ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW began in 1982 when Roberto Espinosa Badial partnered with other prominent jurists, who decided to combine efforts and create a Law and Notarial Firm focused on the areas of expertise that we continue to promote today.
During the 1990s, the entry of Mexico into a global market and its recognition as a nation friendly to foreign investment was consistent with our founding partners' vision.
As of 2002, ESPINOSA.ESPINOSA CIVIL LAW NOTARIES|ATTORNEYS-AT-LAW has independent Civil Law Notaries as part of the legal team. Among the latter is Roberto Espinosa Badial, Civil Law Notary No. 113 of Guadalajara, Jalisco, who is convinced of the fact that bespoke work brings success; thus, he has pledged himself to provide a professional, personalized and casuistic service, training his team of lawyers and collaborators in technical, professional and humane aspects which have distinguished our commitment and prestige.
